Premium Subscription Terms

1. Subscription & Billing

Trade Feed Premium is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at the price displayed at checkout (currently $9.99/month).

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Trade Feed and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

2. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each billing period at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Premium access until that date.

4. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades.

5. Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect on your account, and you may cancel before the new price applies.

6. Premium Features

Premium features may change, expand, or be removed over time. We do not guarantee continued availability of any specific feature.

7. Termination by Trade Feed

We may suspend or terminate Premium access for violations of our Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks, without refund.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Premium Subscription Terms. Continued use of Premium constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
